El transportista me hizo pagar 26 € donde yo tenia pagados los gastos del transporte. Por lo tanto solicito la devolución de este importe.

The transport was pre-paid, so the cost must be customs fee, or other fees that apply to the buyer from importing items. These are costs that are out of my control, and most buyers are aware of the rules in their own country. If these cost are more than the percentage that is correct for your country - the national customs office is the place to contact. I believe this is an unjustified bad review, but hope this clarifies what might be the issue mentioned.

l'oggetto acquistato è conforme alla descrizione, tempi di spedizione in linea con la distanza da percorrere. Il venditore è stato molto premuroso nel risolvere un piccolo incidente accaduto. Grazie!
L'oggetto corrisponde a quanto acquistato. E' stato spedito in tempi ragionevoli. Purtroppo è arrivato con un addebito non previsto e non indicato di 36 €, attribuiti dal corriere a "costi doganali".

I am glad the items arrived safely and in a timely manner. The cost of import taxes/customs is an extra cost that should be taken in consideration on all purchases done abroad. I don't know what the rules are in your country, but here it is 25% of the total cost that is the import tax - item bought + shipping cost. If it is over that amount I would recommend to investigate if it is correct. If not this is applicable on all purchases for everyone, and not an "extra" cost on your purchase. Zeer slecht verpakt. Kostbaar zilver item werd verstuurd in bubbeltjes enveloppe. Bij aankomst was het item niet meer in de enveloppe.

I have tried my best over time helping you, so I think this is unfair. I think it is sad that this became a negative experience for you and that there was issues with your order. I have tried to help you even if you think otherwise. To register a damage or a claim to the freight company they need evidence that something has happened. A picture of the damaged package and a picture of the label so they can see that it is the correct package. That is the three things I have asked for several times. If these are not present, the freight company does not know if the claim is real or a scam. Then they will dismiss the request because there is no evidence. A claim also has to be delivered within a time after receiving the package. I have requested these from you several times - but I have not received anything and time has been passing. So I apologize that I was not able to help you with this. I hope that you get better experiences later.
