I'm truly sorry for the incident. It was really a shame that some items of the tea set suffered damages during transportation. The tea set was quite unique and old... 😓 I've already opened a claim with the transporter, it's unacceptable after paying +80€ for the service to arrive damaged! I accept the partial refund that you propose, it's the least I can do for you. Thank you for your understanding 🙏
