Dear Olivier,
I am really sorry to hear that the skeleton has broken. I do my very best to pack my products as safe as possible. Unfortunately the delivery of the package was not in my hands, but because it's important to me that I deliver my products as well as possible, I want to come up with a solution. Unfortunately, you have not contacted me about this, but this is simply reported as a review. Please contact me personal about this, then we can do something about it.  About the size of the skeleton, the measurements has been mentioned in the advertisement.

Kind regards,

David
