Extremely disappointed! Order finally cancelled, because the seller did not sent the product. Several times tried to contact the seller by Catawiki mail: no respons whatsoever.

How Unfortunate! We contacted the buyer on the eve of winning the FRIDAY auction to congratulate them and state that we would be posting the coming week during our weekly postal run and tracking would be provided. Although stating this clearly, we were message d DAILY over that non business day weekend enquiring if we had shipped yet. Sadly we had an external issue which meant the buyers parcel was missed off of that Monday's postal run which we apologise for but before it could make the next monday's postal run the BUYER CHOSE to CANCEL the order and sale unexpectedly and without any due warning or communication to us. We apologise for this very uncommon delay, but do not accept your comments Sir. Thankyou for reminding us as the item was still parceled and in the mail room, it shall now be relisted.

Well, Thankyou for this rather candid negative review which was completely out of my control as a seller, yes i agree that 15 Euros for 3 exceptionally Rare Original Regency Satirical Caricature etched plates were indeed a bargain, but International import fees and duties resulting from sales and consequent shipping are neither under my control or am i responsible for them. This is the responsibility of the winning bidder to either check and calculate if they wish BEFORE bidding or after sale is complete, ESPECIALLY when this is clearly stated in the listing by Catawiki and myself. As for Shipping of 28 Euros to Italy by UPS Expedited service fully tracked, signed for and insured to full value? this is fully accounted for and was clearly listed at time of bidding and post sale invoice? I even upgraded you for an extra cost to the EXPRESS option so that you would receive your item quicker, which you indeed have within 5 days. Please explain how any of this was my fault? IT WAS NOT THE QUALITY THAT I WAS WAITING TO SEE. MOST OF THE STAMPS ARE  IN BAD COLLECTION CONDITION. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ALSO PAID EXTRA 15 EUROS FOR TAXES IN THE AIRPORT. 

I am very sorry to hear this but with an incredible 308 photographs of every stamp in the book I cannot contemplate how you possibly could have been deceived. Yvonne
