Je crois que ces boucles d oreille sont recentes et non de la fin du XIX siecle comme annonce. De plus la partie superieure des boucles n est pas tres solide. Cordielement

Earrings were offered in nice and perfectly matching box. Price for the earrings WITH the box was acceptable. On arrival only earrings were delivered without box! Seller refused sending box.

Lei dice il falso!!! La scatola era solo per esposizione. Nella descrizione del lotto non era inclusa la scatola. Allo stesso modo Lei avrebbe potuto volere anche il porta orecchini o il telo blu dello sfondo della foto Quel paio di orecchini io li ho comprati in Francia e il ho pagati 500 euro senza scatola. La dimostrazione di ciò che Le rispondo sta nel fatto che il Team Catawiki non ha accettato il suo reclamo, dando ragione a me!!! Le scatole antiche non sono mai in vendita a meno che non sia specificatamente descritto o si tratti di parure importanti. Impari a comprare l'antico. Cordiali saluti

I want to give you neutral feedback because the brilliants were supposed to be 2x0,5ct but instead they were 2x0,4ct. The ring in itself is lovely, but in the future I will be more careful when buying

Io sono veramente desolata e chiedo umilmente scusa. Lei ha perfettamente ragione, quando ho creato la descrizione ho confuso con un altro lotto mio con pietre di 0,5 cadauna. L'errore c'è è mio, se lei non fosse contenta dell'anello io mi assume le mie certe responsabilità. Never EVER again. Very bad condition. Seller did not mention how dirty bracelet is and that condition so bad you can not wear it. I took this item to jewerly shop and they refused to touch it.

Lei ha comprato un gioiello antico. Non NUOVO. Lei è inesperto, soprattutto l'argento fa una patina ed è la ssua peculiarità più interessante. L'argento, se non piacesse con patina, può tornare a brillare pulendo con baking soda, limone e acqua tiepida. Nel caso della delicatezza della lavorazione, consiglio un pennello morbido. Del resto il guaio grosso talvolta di vendere un oggetto antico è ritrovarsi con un compratore che non ha alcuna cultura ed esperienza sull'oggetto in questione. Il bracciale ha 100 anni, Non è nuovo!!!!! Non vorrei che non le fosse piaciuto e abbia sollevato una questione superficiale e impertinente. In questo caso non posso risponderne. La mia descrizione è stata precisa. Io sono un venditore serio e mai, mai ho visto una descrizione con scritto sporco o pulito. Semmai uno è tenuto a scrivere di difetti, ma non è questo il caso.
