    The watch was sent for shipment within 3 days after payment. I also think it is very unreasonable for the buyer to comment on this, because worldwide mail takes longer than usual due to the pandemic.

    This feedback is completely unjustified! The package has been carefully packed and shipped. As the recipient can see for himself with the Track and Trace code, the package lies with the Swiss Customs. I have no influence on this. The Swiss Customs decide for themselves when they release the package for delivery.
