Nothing is right. A package from Thailand was put on this shipment from a different company with an unmatching customs declaration. FedEx says delivered but there is no package.

IGI report #698550363, we requested the customer to have the item tested at any certified lab. If the lab confirms and issues a certificate stating the item is not genuine, we are willing to offer a full refund, including shipping costs. However, the buyer disagrees and prefers to leave a negative comment without proper verification. We respectfully ask the buyer once again to have this piece tested by a Catawiki-certified lab. If the lab confirms that the item is not genuine, we will accept their judgment. However, it is disappointing that in this industry, some choose to insult others without valid reasons. La piedra no es azul como en la foto. Han exagerado mucho el color. Quizas le han puesto una luz azul para que resalte mas. Es azul tenue.
