It's a dupe, not a genuine tanzanite. they use a copy of the real report and send you a cheap fake stone to the measurements. NOT recommended. 

IGI report #698550363, we requested the customer to have the item tested at any certified lab. If the lab confirms and issues a certificate stating the item is not genuine, we are willing to offer a full refund, including shipping costs. However, the buyer disagrees and prefers to leave a negative comment without proper verification.
