As minhas desculpas. A encomenda trazia os 26 especimes, embalados dois a dois ou quatro a quatro, o que eu, nunca faria. Eu, embalava os especimes individualmente.

Thank you for updating your review. The order did contain all 26 specimens as described. Smaller minerals were packed together but always separated by bubble wrap, so no pieces were in direct contact with each other. With the amount of protective material used and high-quality double-wall boxes, this method is completely safe for minerals. I have shipped over 2,000 parcels so far, and I have never had a single damaged shipment. In the future, direct communication and collaboration before leaving negative feedback would help resolve any doubt quickly and clearly. Kind regards.

Spedizione rapida, venditore corretto (la pietra è ben più pallida di quanto sperassi, ma ha giustamente specificato che le foto sono state scattate utilizzando luci e apparecchiature professionali).

Grazie per la recensione. Mi spiace se la pietra non è risultata esattamente come te l’aspettavi dal vivo. Ti ringrazio però per aver prestato attenzione alla descrizione: l’opale, infatti, tende a manifestare maggiormente il gioco di colori sotto una luce più diretta e intensa. Le fotografie sono realizzate appositamente in dettaglio per mostrare nel modo più trasparente possibile sia i pregi che le eventuali caratteristiche naturali della pietra.
