No communication possible with the seller. Not only was our trying to communicate twice ignored. The object was send to the wrong adress. Seller not reliable for us, no next time.

This seller tried to minimize my complaint about the bad framing and told that I could repair it myself, which was not possible. So I went to a shop where I had to pay for it. Very frustrating!

Dear Sir, I did not accept your complaint because the repair consisted of removing two nails, which probably shifted during transport, pressing the image and inserting the nails into the previous place. He demanded 50 euros for it, which is a very large amount for 5 minutes of uncomplicated activity. I would like to inform you that in the last month we took into account justified two complaints and repaired the image to which the foil from the packaging was attached, as well as the artist painted the image from scratch when it was damaged.Yours sincerely
très belle oeuvre. Mais problème au déballage : cadre désolidarisé du panneau suite à un coup. coins abîmés. C'est réparé mais il faudrait protéger les angles pour le transport.

Correspond à mes attentes, mais attention, le transporteur est très peu soigneux, quelques éclats et coups sur le cadre, les colis sont jetés, pas déposés, .... mais rien de bien grave, merci.

Due to crude framing of the picture (nails hammered in ) the underboard and paint layer was damaged on 4 locations (1 bad 3 moderate) by nails splitting the paint board and splitting the paint layer.
