The description was not completely clear, as the declared size (about an A4 sheet) was not the size of the print, which occupied about 1/6th of the space on the cardboard.

Hello! We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding. We wrote in the description the actual engraving size, and in the details the total leaf size

The "Certificate of Provenance", "stamped and signed by the current family representative" is just a photocopy with, of course, no signature. Poorly enveloped, by the way. From Germany, not Portugal.

Hello; hope you’re well. There is an ex-libris on the page that is not printed. The envelope is very unfortunate if you had any issues but it was a hard cardboard envelope which should’ve been enough
