Encomenda recebida durante o dia de ontem e todas as peças em perfeitas condições. Obrigado e cumprimentos,

Hello,

I see from the tracking system that your parcel was delivered to you today.

I understand you are upset about the customs charges and the delivery time, but import taxes are required by Portuguese law, and sellers have absolutely zero control over local customs clearance or national tax fees. None of those funds go to me.

As a seller, I fulfilled my part fully and shipped your item on time. Penalizing me with a negative review for your country's customs laws and postal service delays is unfair. Now that the item is in your hands, I would greatly appreciate it if you could update or remove your feedback

Wszystko ok, towar zgodny z opisem, świetnie zabezpieczony do transportu. Polecam
