1 van de twee obelisken was kapot toen ik de verpakking opende. Er is geen oplossing gevonden. Ik constateerde dat de doos met verpakking iets kleiner was dan de obelisk van 31,5 cm. Ook zonder fragil

We would like to clarify that the item was not damaged from our side. We have already shared pictures with you showing that the product was properly packed it first with red protection then bubble wrap and thermocol sheets for extra protection. If customs opened it, that’s beyond our control.

In international shipping, it is not even possible to send a package with incorrect box dimensions, as courier systems verify the weight and size before accepting the shipment. The item was properly packed and secured, so the damage could not have been caused by the box size.

As it was not our fault so I asked you to contact Catawiki yourself or let me do it for better resolution.
