Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for purchasing from our store. I heard that I paid 57 euros after it arrived, but I paid 40 euros when sending it from Japan via Japan Post (EMS). Also, as stated on the product page, (Duties and Taxes: Additional duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. Please check your country's laws to see if import duties and taxes apply. Purchase (We are not responsible for any costs associated with importing the product to the person's country of residence.) Please read this as well. Regarding the size, the actual product was measured with a tape measure, so there may be errors. I hope you understand, but I am very disappointed as this is my first auction after receiving feedback like this. Finally, when the item arrived, I was charged 57 euros and asked for a refund because the size was wrong. We appreciate your understanding as this item is not eligible for return.
