    Dear customer, we already contacted you in our internal chat with proposal to resolve this issue. As a responsible company we are taking care of our clients and we try to reach the best service possible. If something happens during the transportation do not take it personally is not on purpose and not really our fault, things can happen. Important is to contact us and report the damage as well with photos (which you never did in fact) we can contact the insurance and resolve it easily.
