    I have bought it more then 3 weeks ago… And still not received the item…

    Dear Madam, I have completed everything in accordance with Catawiki's guidelines and sent the item immediately after payment. The fact that the item is still on its way is due to the negligence of the Netherlands Post, so your negative assessment is unfair.
