    I wrapped the item in multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect it from external impacts during shipping. Was that still not sufficient for you? Also, regarding the customs duty — that is not my responsibility. Customs fees are taxes imposed by the country you live in. If you're not familiar with how it works, I recommend looking it up.

    The device has a bad pixel which is constantly glowing. Such issue wasn't mentioned in the description and would prevent me from buying it. Except this the device is in good working condition.
