We told you beforehand shipping to Tenerife is currently difficult for us before of regular return shipments. Catawiki cancelled to the purchase because of this issue I believe.

Last times I've ordered, I've always had some kind of problem; totally different model, diamond set way too high, hole in the shank in "new ring". Quantity over quality shows and cust.service is slow.
