    Significant defect was not disclosed before auction. After I won it seller informed me about it and suggested refunding or discount. I asked for discount but afterwards seller changed his mind

    To clarify, I only noticed the damage after the sale, but it was visible in 8 photos. I reached out to offer a solution—either a refund or a partial refund—before sending the object. Since Catawiki does not facilitate partial refunds, I cannot send both the object and the refund before receiving my payment.
