    Das Objekt wurde verspätet ausgeliefert, mit mehrmaliger Verschiebung des Liefertermins. Dann als geliefert angezeigt, ist aber gar nicht angekommen. Auf die Reklamation wurde gar nicht reagiert.

    Only a few pieces, each was numbered with just a few screws to use, simple to assemble just looking at the photo, Sorry you found it difficult to assemble anyway. I sold many of this artwork style before with no problem. During the Christmas period all transportations companies are overloaded and delays are practically a given, nothing a seller can control. :(

    envoyer une toile dans un carton triangulaire => des plis qui sont mal venus sur la toile ! il faut utiliser des tubes qui supportent les aléas du transport pour la satisfaction de l'acheteur

    oui, je sais, j'ai déjà contacté la compagnie de transport et j'ai bien peur que votre colis ait été perdu.... la seule chose que je puisse faire est d'annuler la commande immédiatement et de vous rembourser intégralement. yes, I know, I have already contacted the shipping company and I'm afraid your package was lost.... the only thing I can do is cancel the order immediately and give you a full refund.
