    Our shipping fee from Japan to Europe is €30 for all customers. This is clearly stated on the product description page. Therefore, the claim that you were “charged €45” appears to be a misunderstanding. In addition, the courier used was Poste Italiane; do you believe we should switch to another carrier? If we were to use a different courier, shipping costs would increase, which would also be problematic for us.

    I’m sorry that I couldn’t meet your expectations. International mail does not allow liquids such as fountain pen cartridges to be sent. I did state “Accessories: None” in the product description, though.
