    Dal pagamento ( 03/12) al giorno della consegna (28/12) è passato troppo tempo e per Natale non ho potuto regalare quanto vinto. Le spese di spedizione indicate in 25 euro sono state invece 08,90 euro

    Thank you for your negative feedback! Apparently your complaints should be adressed to the post office services which, at this time of the year, are not good enough. As it concerns the expedition costs these are not only post costs but all the other costs related, such as packing, time spent and dislocation to the post office. They are clearly marked on catawiki page and accepted by you when you place your offer and this offer takes in consideration these costs. So I do not understand your remarks. I hope you enjoyed the models.

    Ce que vous dites est faux. Le modéle a êtê envoyé dans sa boite d'origine et il ne manquait pas aucune roue avant. Les acusations sont graves et je vous demande de les confirmer avec des photos et de présenter une réclamation chez Catawiki et chez les postes de votre Pays.
