The necklace was damaged and not in the state as described by seller. I sent a picture but never received an answer. I have sent 2 pictures on 22nd of November so the statement is incorrect

El collar que recibí me gustó mucho. Pero no se ve que sea oro de 24 k. Solo lo he usado una vez y se oscureció el broche que se supone es de oro. 🤨 Cómo pudo el experto valorar que fuese de oro.🧐😒
