Bad condition of the bag, tricky photos, not well described. I kept the bag at half price of the action. My wife wrongly thought that was repairable. (adjusted by Catawiki)

Hello again, we would like to start by pointing out the fact that once you filed a complaint in the form of opening a dispute, we were very generous with you and refunded you the full €150 which was 50% of the purchase price. This was not something we were forced to do as we have high resolution images in every listing and it is up to the buyer to inspect the images before bidding. That despite the fact that you received €150 back, you still choose to write this review 6 weeks later without contacting us is very strange to us and for that reason we cannot take your review seriously as it is not credible of you to write such a review after you received a lot of money back and were treated by us with the utmost respect. In short, we were accommodating and gave you €150 (50% of purchase price) back, we showed you respect even though we did nothing wrong as it was you who had not checked the high resolution images before bidding. It is sad that you do not show us respect like we did you.

Perfect closed package with no signs of attempts to open, after opening, the camera battery compartment door was held together with adhesive tape. It is broken and not functionelly .

We do not accept any refunds for items unless you can provide documentation that you have been in contact with customs exactly as we have asked you to do. In your opinion, the object is destroyed and without any kind of corroborating statement from the customs office, it could be you who destroyed the object in question. So until you can show that you have been in contact with the Customs and thus shown that you are doing everything you can to sort this out from your side, we will not accept any refund of items. The camera was shipped in the condition as shown in the auction pictures. We have more pictures that was taken during packaging of said object to prove our side and statement.
