    I found the seller difficult to communicate with - the tracking numbers weren't valid, the item was sent on a detour route and the seller was excessively rude/demanding & lacking in courtesy & trust.

    The customer's frivolous, pompous, instructive attitude was unworthy. The track number was deleted by DPD and yes, the company's logistics route goes through Austria, which happened..
