The rug I bought never arrived, I didn't get any message where to pick it up. I could follow that it went back to Fine Art in Hamburg. But Fine Art didn't answer my request to resend it or to refund.

45 euros for regular shipment inside Germany is preposterous. And in the end I got a torn cardboard box with no note or receipt, nothing to authenticate the rug. unprofessional!

Für meine kleine Mini-Diele, habe ich diesen prächtigen und auch noch den "passenden" kleinen Teppich gefunden. Bin wirklich total happy. Vielen Dank.
