Dopo tre giorni dal termine dell'asta e dal pagamento, il venditore ha annullato l'ordine senza alcuna spiegazione. Pessimo comportamento. Molto male.

Dear buyer, the transaction was completed correctly through Catawiki. According to Catawiki rules, any claims must be made before the lot is closed. You did not open a case on time, and only afterwards wrote that you had supposedly returned the package, which I never received. Later you reported to support that the lot was broken, but Catawiki confirmed that they could not accept this complaint because the transaction had already ended. The lot was described and shipped correctly, in good condition. I always follow the platform rules and pack items carefully. Please note that any problems should always be addressed via the official Catawiki claim procedure. Thank you for understanding.
