Het transport van de lamp van Denemarken naar Amsterdam is vlekkeloos verlopen. De lamp was heel zorgvuldig ingepakt en was goed beschermd. Niets dan lof. Het was een zeer plezierige ervaring

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your order did not arrive — this is of course not the experience we want any customer to have. The order was shipped from our warehouse on January 6, but unfortunately it appears to have been lost during transit with the shipping carrier. As soon as this became clear, we issued a full refund so you are not left with any loss. We always take responsibility when something goes wrong and work to find a fair solution for our customers, even when the issue is caused by the carrier. We regret the frustration this situation caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify how it was handled.

Bid for the item and won. Waited for the delivery and followed up with the seller. The seller said that they couldn’t find the item so then cancelled the transaction. Was very disappointed.

This is, regrettably, something that can happen from time to time, even though we always do our utmost to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Whenever such incidents occur, we immediately send a replacement if we have additional stock available. In this case, however, the item was no longer in stock, which is why the transaction was cancelled and your payment fully refunded.
