Het transport van de lamp van Denemarken naar Amsterdam is vlekkeloos verlopen. De lamp was  heel zorgvuldig ingepakt en was goed beschermd. Niets dan lof. Het was een zeer plezierige ervaring

The order was shipped from our warehouse on January 6, but unfortunately it appears to have been lost during transit with the shipping carrier. As soon as this became clear, we issued a full refund so you are not left with any loss.

Bid for the item and won. Waited for the delivery and followed up with the seller. The seller said that they couldn’t find the item so then cancelled the transaction. Was very disappointed.

Whenever such incidents occur, we immediately send a replacement if we have additional stock available. In this case, however, the item was no longer in stock, which is why the transaction was cancelled and your payment fully refunded.
