Thank you for your message. As I have already explained to you, the package unfortunately went missing during transport after it had left our warehouse. This is, regrettably, something that can happen from time to time, even though we always do our utmost to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Whenever such incidents occur, we immediately send a replacement if we have additional stock available. In this case, however, the item was no longer in stock, which is why the transaction was cancelled and your payment fully refunded. I completely understand your disappointment — it’s never the experience we want for our customers.
