    I would have liked to know that the small carpet was smelly - probably from being packed away for a longer time under less good conditions. I could have asked if the seller offered a cleaning.

    Non mi sembra proprio lavato … presenta delle macchie molto evidenti e dopo averlo passato con il dyson più volte continua a espellere polvere.

    La alfombra parece bien pero es un tim vender algo de tan pésima calidad. Además de los agujeros que dicen que aparecen ligeramente en la foto, se rompe por todas partes. Es un producto para tirar.

The condition of the rug was clearly described in the product description, including the existing damage. As mentioned, this is a vintage / second-hand handmade rug, not a new industrial product. We also offered a return, but unfortunately the necessary steps to proceed with the return were not completed by the customer. Transparency is very important to us, and we always encourage customers to carefully read the description.

    Der Teppich ist zwar an sich in Ordnung, stinkt aber auch nach mehrmaligen Waschen widerlich. Der Händler hat sich sehr kulant erwiesen und alles rückgängig gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür.

    Ik vond het kleed mooi maar het toont iets donkerder en iets smoezeligger dan op de foto’s van het kleed. Ook goed te zien aan de fraanjes die op de foto’s wit lijken maar in het echt beige.
