    First I contacted the seller because I was not happy by the packing and by the quality of the knifes especially one ( China?)I purchased in a shot several Knifes 8pcs . they didn't reply to my msg

    We feel sorry about this as we are in travelling and busy so didn’t get time to reply. We apologise about this as it happen very rarely that we don’t reply to messages. Sir the product we buy from France as they are not new so we re craft them in our workshops not in china to be specified. So if you are not happy and satisfied please return them back and we can refund your money. Our best regards and have a nice day
