Lors du déballage de la toile avec le professionnel qui va procéder à l'encadrement celui-ci ci m'a fait remarquer un défaut qui n'est ni du au conditionnement ni au transport.. dommage et décevant .

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The delay was exceptional and coincided with weekends, which are not considered business days. The subsequent transit time depends on the shipping company. My other reviews consistently reflect my usual commitment to punctuality and quality.
