    Cet objet est arrivé cassé et il semble qu'il était déjà cassé lors de l'emballage... Il n'est en outre pas en céramique mais en terre à peine cuite... ce n'est pas très sérieux

    Nella descrizione è espressamente indicato che si tratta di terracotta. Non era assolutamente rotta ed è stata imballata accuratamente completamente immersa in chip di polistirolo. Aspetto il reso.

    The watch, before shipment, was regularly working. We are talking about a watch about 60 years old and since I own it, about three years, it has never been revised. The tossing of the expedition may have caused the shifting of some grain of dust that inevitably a watch of this age could have inside it. A good clean from an experienced watchmaker should suffice. If he is not satisfied, he can send me back the watch. Once the watch is back I will notify catawiki that it can return the money paid. Best regards. Gennaro Natale

    I finally received the package. some of the 12yo Langside whiskey was shed inside because of the age of the cork and transportaion (no “this side up” or “fragile” sign). The Dimple was ok.

    I'm sorry. Unfortunately it is useless to indicate fragile. I worried more about the packaging so as not to break the bottles
