    The frame arrived damaged, description of a painting was that it was in excellent condition, but the painting canvas is thinned out over time. The painting itself looks like in a photo.

    I am really sorry to hear about your disappointment. I will file a complaint with the postal company. I have also sent you a mail. It will be easier to send photos of the damage by mail.
