    One dish arrived broken, and I paid a lot for the shipping costs. And your answer is that it's not your problem, instead of helping me with UPS (I can't do anything because you are the sender)

    Dear buyer, I am sorry to hear that one of the dishes arrived broken. I packed your package carefully and chose the best shipping option available (UPS), but unfortunately part of the journey is out of my control.
