Seller. Never sent parcel out to Dpd, I was informed that the Seller ships out of Germany and not the US as they claim.. Please beware they’re part of a gang selling Fake New MarcJacobs bags

I'm very sorry to receive such negative feedback. My bag is authentic! For a bag I bought for over $300 and only sold for around $100, I have no reason to lie to you. Furthermore, I sent it to the carrier, DPD, immediately the day after receiving your order. However, repeated flight delays and customs clearance delays are external factors beyond my control. I have communicated with the carrier multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue as soon as possible, rather than the situation being that I never sent it at all.
