    Buenos días!!!! Parcialmente dañada donde???? Y el embalaje he hecho todo lo posible por mandarlo bien cubierto, pero en un trayecto tan largo algún desperfecto puede tener. No hay rotura grave???

    Unfortunately, the package was a bit "damaged" during transportation. Box is a biit folded but the helmet has no damage so it's fine. Box protection was insufficient.

    El coche llegó con desperfectos. La caja utilizada para proteger el coche no era buena, llegó ligeramente aplastada por la parte superior. La TV cam y la antena vinieron sueltas y tuve que pegarlas.

    Lamento leer eso pero ya no sé cómo mandar un coche. Van sujetos a la caja, cubierto de papel de burbuja, en caja de cartón y con un bolsa. No sé qué pasa con Correos y el trato a los paquetes ,,,,,,,

    Gracias por tu valoración. Has protestado, no has enviado fotos y no has abierto incidencia en Catawiki, si tan horroroso era ellos podrían haberte ayudado…….. o solo buscabas algún beneficio??.

    Item was as described and seller was pleasant to deal with. Item was delivered damaged but it was packaged extremely well and I blame the courier’s for this.
