Seller doesn't allow combined shipment and afterwards the seller offers to combine it. Seller didnt refund the cost difference. I paid 104 euros for small shipment for 400 euros worth of cards.

The shipments are not cumulative, and you were aware of it right away... I offered you a partial refund, indeed even total on the condition of doing what you had said, but it was not like that... the bad faith is seen when you have not exposed this problem before, but you waited for the cards to arrive to open a dispute...
Took 2 months to be delivered. The first delivery failed without any reason and I had to pay for another shipment. Had wrongly written receiptant name. Seller is rude. Half the cards unsleeved.

Totally demonizing and exaggerated feedback this order remained in stock with a lot of emails that came to you, and messages to the mobile phone that the company sends to buyers who do not pick up the packages. After the first shipment, despite the carelessness I agreed to send back the card (in a different country) repaying half of the shipment (despite having lost the money of the first). To finish this package that arrived practically a month ago has remained in storage again with your carelessness about it. Having said that, I always try to do my best to offer the best, but it doesn't work with everyone...

The package only contained one of the two cards. Since I didnt videotape me opening the package, the seller and Catawiki couldn't care less, even though i've bought 10's of cards without issues.

I’m sorry for what happened, but if I have the video of the package, how should I behave? I believe in your good faith, and I invite you to complain if you believe that the package is tampered with.
