The seller cancelled the sale days after payment. Catawiki should investigate and reprimand the seller, especially given the repeated similar complaints in the comments.

Thank you for your message, and I am deeply sorry for the cancellation.
As this item was also on sale in our physical store, it was sold there first. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.

The watch is even in better shape that announced. I can barely say if it’s been worn or not…

It’s my second time with this seller and I can assure you they are just great.

Surely a 3rd time soon 😉😊

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and for trusting us for a second time! We are thrilled to hear that you are so happy with the condition of the watch. It is always a pleasure serving such a great customer, and we truly look forward to your third visit soon.

Seller canceled the sale with the excuse that it was sold via their physical store. A correct professional should have taken down the auction after such a sale. Bad professionalism.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the cancellation. You are completely right, and we will make sure to keep our inventory better updated.

Fast delivery. And the watch is in perfect condition. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your wonderful review, and we hope you enjoy the watch!

wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, ist es eine tolle Uhr. Danke für den schnellen Versand

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you are satisfied with the fast delivery and the condition of the watch. We look forward to serving you again!

Once I won the bid, they cancelled my order…. They shouldn’t sell something they don’t have

We sincerely apologize for this disappointment.
Because we specialize in unique, pre-owned items, they are strictly one-of-a-kind. Occasionally, an item may sell out elsewhere before the inventory status is fully updated.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Refusing to deliver a watch that was won in an auction and fully paid for. seems to be a common practice of yours. This is completely unacceptable.

We sincerely apologize that we are unable to ship the item due to it being out of stock. As these are pre-owned items, we only have one in stock, and occasionally an item may already be sold.

Parfait, montre comme neuve et livraison ultra rapide. Merci!
