    The item is fine, but shipping was very slow. The delivery date was postponed twice, and then I had to pay exorbitant import duties on top of that.

    Item was dispatched the day after payment with the fastest postal service available within the postage fee charged - customs delays and charges are totally out of my hands but I understand your frustration.
