    Demaged goods, probably inadequately packaged, totally broken, sellers idea: to clue it?!, no concession to compensate for the damage, Fortunately- catawiki found a solution for me, no good seller

    as seen on the photos you sended the lantern had a crack, that's not "totally broken". I therefore didn't consider your offer to pay only 10 euros for it wasn't a suitable compromise. It was very well packaged anyway, as I always ensure. So this was a matter for the postal service. I therefore referred you to Catawiki, and they resolved the issue.
