You lie, you were advised both you and the buyer that I was on vacation, and that I would be back at the end of the first week of September. You also told me that you would refund the return shipping cost . Instead you canceled the order . All visible in the email history . You are saying you have resolved the dispute with the buyer, very convenient of you, too bad you stole my merchandise and refunded the buyer without rights. Now you are uncomfortable because you refunded the buyer without reason, and you OWE me money from your own pockets. Nice to work like that, congratulations. And we pay 17% Fees. This story goes straight to TrustPilot.
Set arrived with little delay cause of the Italian holidays but was received in perfect mint conditions. Packaging was strong with inside protections all over. Seller 100% recommended for collectors.

I was given neutral feedback because the courier delayed the shipment (and what fault is that of mine?) and because the package, which was very well packaged, was damaged during transport. However, without ever messaging me or informing me about it. Packaging Class A+++ like said in previous feedbacks. Packaging Soccer Proof, but not Bulldozer Proof. Regards! :)

The sale was cancelled by the customer service department due to no response to me from the customer service department itself for 2 weeks straight regarding clarification on the new European legislation. It was also suggested to the buyer to have the deal again but the person was offended and does not respond to messages, preferring to leave negative feedbacks.
I do not recommend this seller. I won two auctions, paid shipping twice and he shipped in one package. He does not respond to messages.

You make 2 negative feedbacks on 2 positive sales and don’t mention that everything was packed as a top service quality and all delivered perfectly only for your 1€ bid. The packaging+the value of the items you received was over 100€ value. I find this feedback a Joke not sure where you found courage for that. Enjoy and stop bargaining other people stuffs, this is a collectors auction platform, not a Charity Store.

I won an auction, but the seller didn’t reply or send the item, even after support intervened. I then requested and received a refund. A time-waster! I will never buy from him again.
