Il cliente invece abbastanza spocchioso, siamo nel settore da oltre 25 anni con tanto di diploma gemmologico. Giudicare il lavoro di un professionista senza la minima conoscenza delle pietre è quanto dire. L'acquamarina è classificata come doppia A, vale a dire azzurro tenue e non incolore che sarebbe "trasparente come un vetro" può mostrare la foto a tutti anche perchè quella che le è stat mostrata è ciò che ha acquistato. In ogni modo dopo un botta e risposta inutile, dopo aver capito con chi avevo a che fare, e cioè con una persona senza la minima conoscenza della gemmologia, ho subito detto che poteva tranquillamente renderlo se non soddisfatto. Ma ha preferito questa inutile recensione, Le auguro una buona giornata, data la sua conoscenza chiederò a lei la prossima volta prima di acquistare lotti di pietre. Buona giornata

Salve la ringrazio dell'acquisto. Ripeto per l'ennesima volta che noi scriviamo dimensioni etc etc in modo certosino. Poi seconda cosa non capisco come ci si possa lamentare di un oggetto acquistato alla terza parte del valore, che non sono di certo quelli che da Catawiki. Provi a vedere in una gioielleria cosa acquista con 100€...Bah!
