è orribile senza firma è chiaramente un retouché fatto male. non solo non comprerò più niente da questo individuo che chiaramente non è un artista ma neanche da catawiki la stima dei prodotti è falsa

Lamento sinceramente que la pintura no haya cumplido sus expectativas. 
La pintura si estaba firmada por la parte reversa del lienzo. 

Después de 1500 ventas completadas, siento especialmente recibir una valoración como esta. 
Podía haberse comunicado conmigo para devolver la pintura, y yo gestionaba la devolución sin ningún inconveniente.

No message from UPS about delivery. I can see from my surveillance cam video, that UPS guy was at my door, but he left with my package as I was not at home. So haven’t received anything, no messages.
