The customer received a full refund but did not comply with the request to return the shoe. The shoe was certified as having been purchased from Vestiaire Collective and was found to be in compliance without any issues; unfortunately, I can't add anything else to that except that communication with the buyer wasn't exactly positive

Product as described. Fast shipping and delivery without any problems to Switzerland.
