    Delivery was good. The pictures showing the watch were good, but on delivery the back was scratched, the battery was flat and the serial numbers were different. The watch was sold as brand new..

    Dear Custamer, Please could you send us photos taken from a distance of 20 cm showing the scratch. About the battery We usually check watches before shipping them to avoid after-sales issues, but we allow for the possibility that the battery may have moved and discharged during transport. If it has discharged and the watch is not working, please take it to a watchmaker to have it replaced. We will cover the cost of the battery and its replacement.
