    Gentile Cliente, mi dispiace sinceramente apprendere che il fermacarte non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Prima della spedizione ho controllato l'oggetto con cura e non ho rilevato danni strutturali o difetti significativi. Per aiutarmi a capire meglio la situazione, potrebbe gentilmente inviarmi delle foto del difetto che ha riscontrato? Come accennato nella descrizione, l'oggetto ha circa 50 anni: trattandosi di un pezzo vintage in vetro di Murano, è normale che presenti lievi segni del tempo che ne raccontano la storia e l'autenticità. Tuttavia, vorrei visionare le immagini per escludere che ci siano danni sfuggiti al mio controllo o magari causati dal trasporto. Attendo un suo riscontro per trovare insieme la soluzione migliore. Un cordiale saluto.
