Put aside miscommunication and late delivery in the description of the item seller has not mentioned about a chip inside the teapot lid. Lid inside photo was taken from an angle you can't see chip.

Hi, sorry but late delivery was because you cancel order and then waiting a week to uncancel it. Lid was visible on photos from all sides, and there was no any chips.

BEWARE! Avoid this seller. Look at their feedback as they have a history of not shipping. Seller messaged with a guaranteed shipping date. After several weeks Catawiki cancelled the sale. BEWARE!

Order was cancelled by you after two not several weeks. Seller dont know when item will go on auction, that way there can be some delays, especially when ship porcelanie worldwide and it must be very well packed

I'm sorry that you didn't receive your Item. Problem is that seller newer know when catawiki decide to put Item on auction. I was on holidays last two weeks and was unable to send in that time

Het product was uitstekend verpakt. De bezorging liet wel erg langop zich wachten. Bezorgkosten erg hoog. Dat kan beter. Hoe dan ook ik zou toch zeker weer bij deze verkoper bestellen.
