    The lot has been opened and a new address label from JAEN Spain covering the original address label applied. The lighter was not the protective bubble wrap. All of the screws were undone/loose.

    Strange as I certainly packed the lighter in bubble wrap. Apparently customs must have opened and reclosed package. Sorry for the inconvenience but not due to my packaging
