Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that multiple messages were exchanged with you up until February 13, and all communications were responded to promptly. Your subsequent messages were sent on February 16 and 17, during which our business was closed. We responded as soon as we resumed operations, and your messages were not ignored. The order was dispatched on February 12, the next working day after payment was received on February 11, fully within Catawiki’s required handling timeframe. The Express shipping service selected was used, and the shipment timeline is clearly reflected on the DHL tracking page. Delivery timelines after dispatch are managed by the courier and are outside the seller’s control. We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously and remain available to review any concerns and work toward a fair resolution through the appropriate Catawiki channels.
