Buongiorno Eugenia, la borsa è davvero molto bella e pulitissima. Probabilmente noi abbiamo misurato la base mentre lei la parte in alto della chiusura. 
In ogni caso le possiamo mandare immediatamente l'etichetta di reso totalmente gratuita per lei e restituire immediatamente l'importo. Possiamo anche prenotare un ritiro con DHL cosicchè lei non si debba recare a consegnare la borsa. Ci faccia gentilmente sapere quanto prima. Grazie mille e attendiamo gentili sue.
