    The artwork was carefully packaged using double-wall corrugated cardboard and multiple protective layers, as documented in the claim file. The damage occurred during transportation, as evidenced by the structural deformation of the outer box upon delivery. An insurance claim was promptly opened and all requested documentation was provided in full cooperation with the platform Catawiki. Throughout the process, I remained fully available and proposed a constructive solution in order to reach a fair resolution. Despite my willingness to collaborate, no mutual agreement was reached, and the matter was therefore handled and resolved by Catawiki in accordance with their procedures. I stand by the professionalism and care applied throughout this transaction, from accurate listing to secure packaging and transparent communication.
